1Ownership
Customer content remains subject to applicable agreements and ownership rights. Users may not copy or distribute protected SBARAlerts materials without authorization.
2Infringement Notice
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature.
3Counter-Notification
Affected users may submit a legally sufficient counter-notification when material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
